Vicki Juneau, MEd, Registered Psychologist (AB)

Vicki Juneau is a Registered Psychologist with a Masters Degree in Counselling Psychology from the University of Victoria. Vicki has been in the mental health field as a therapist since 2002 and has worked in a variety of settings provided individual, couple and group therapy. She is trained in a number of trauma informed practices including EMDR and Neurobiology of Trauma and Interventions. Vicki integrates a whole person approach when working with clients utilizing a balance between mind and body interventions.

Vicki serves as a team Psychologist for Can Praxis where she is a part of the Women’s Veteran Camp “The Three Sisters”. Vicki is honoured to be part of this program and to assist in helping women develop strategies to support the challenges they face as a result of PTSD and other trauma related wounds. Vicki enjoys spending time outside, hiking, skiing, swimming and kayaking. She has a real appreciation for a therapeutic value of being in nature and the developing bonds between horses and humans.
