A Program You Can Refer With Confidence

Our Referral Partner Network

Can Praxis works alongside clinicians, case managers, veterans organizations, first responder agencies, and community partners across Canada to support veterans, first responders, and families living with Operational Stress Injuries (OSI).

Built To Complement Existing Care

Can Praxis is designed to complement existing clinical care by providing structured, experiential learning that helps participants apply new skills in real-life situations alongside their families.

Who The Program Is For

Our programs are built for those who serve, veterans, and first responders living with OSI, and their families. Can Praxis may be the right fit when someone is already receiving support, but needs a structured way to apply what they are learning in real life. It can help when OSI is affecting communication, trust, emotional regulation, or family life, and when the participant and their support person are ready to work through those patterns together.

Who Can Refer

The Referral Process

A referral is the first step toward participating in Can Praxis. It helps our team understand the participant’s needs and readiness for the program.

Step 1

Complete a referral.

Step 2

Our team reviews suitability.

Step 3

We discuss next steps.

Step 4

Participant is placed when appropriate.

Please note that a referral does not guarantee immediate placement. Spaces are limited, and every referral is reviewed with care. Our team will assess each submission, consider the best fit, and help determine the right next step.

The goal is not to move quickly.

The goal is to place people where the program can help them most.

Let’s Find the Right Next Step

If you’d like to discuss a potential referral, our team is happy to answer questions about eligibility, program fit, and the referral process.
